Clients concern:

“I would like to discuss the best conflict management approach to my Mexican colleagues. I feel there are some miss-communications and I want to improve my way of collaborating with them” There also seems to be issues with commitment.

Strategy:

I learned values, expectations and style of communication that Mexican people have at work. I also learned more about me, what I want and my perception of it. Something powerful was the cognitive techniques to rewrite my own narrative. I booked 4 sessions , with a duration of 2hrs per week.

Result:

I was able to accomplish a more fluid conversation with my employees and improve their collaboration. It helped us build an on going process of trust development in the work area.
