My approach
My commitment is to guide and support people who want to solve professional or personal challenges. I am interested in creating a space of respect and listening, where every person can develop a clear awareness, reflecting on their strengths, passions and values. I’m convinced that everyone can create genuine and sustainable perspectives to achieve goals and obtain results.
How has been my journey?
Along my journey, my work has focused in three different areas: the work in the area of communication, using and developing communicational strategies adapted to different working contexts; the work in different socio-cultural environments, living and working in Mexico, France, Singapore, Germany, represents diverse values, habits and expectations, which means different strategies of adaptation; and lastly, the work with people and for people, I have had the chance to mentor, teach and coach different people, helping them to create and to develop their full potential.
My intercultural workshops focus on specific topics of communication, leadership and management. In small groups or individually, I prepare participants to understand and function in the different socio-cultural and working contexts.
As a lecturer, I work with bachelors and graduate students in Cross-cultural, Interpersonal Communication and Human Resources topics. I use experiential activities, discussion, analysis of cases and role playing.

What are my values and philosophy?
Different perspectives. There is not an only way to see things. Shifting perspectives often give us possibilities to manage better the situations, and see chances, instead of struggles.
To fail is part of the game. In a society where perfection is often demanded, the feeling of failure is undervalued. But mistakes play a crucial role to reach your full potential and is an essential part of the learning and development process.
Everyone has their own and unique set of skills, abilities and values.
With awareness, good direction and patience, it is possible to achieve a sustainable and honest outcome
Look for connection/inspiration. Whether is people, food, music, sport, there are always alternatives to connect and share our passion and purpose. Rely on your senses and let them flow.
Humor is sometimes the best. The very act of have a good laugh or make a joke that helps people get through a difficult situation, is an essential skill that bring multiple benefits!
